MELT

Treat the cause of dysfunction, not the symptoms. NeuroKinetic Therapy is a corrective movement system that addresses the cause of pain – dysfunctional movement patterns stored in the brain.
This is a one-on-one session provided by certified practitioner Donna.

Online Coaching
Tired of saying you know what to do but you're just not doing it? Tired of restriction and not being able to eat the foods you enjoy or do the things you love? It's time for a change!
Available anywhere online through through our learning centre, we will work with you to develop smart, effective eating choices to meet your fitness and health goals. Together, we will develop and analyze your habits, dietary needs, and track your progress with the support and resources you need.

Workshops
Each workshop is carefully designed for ease of use, quality of instruction and taking into account the strengths of the students within the workshop. Each workshop is an opportunity to enhance your home Pilates practice or bring tools into your self care practice that reduce pain, build mobility or improve overall quality of life.
